Here’s everything you need to know before, during, and after your tattoo experience with Lady Jane Tattoo Art. 

1.  Client Agreement

By booking with Lady Jane Tattoo Art, you agree that you’re:

  • 18+ and able to provide ID

  • Sober, aware, and in a good state of mind

  • Understanding that tattoos are permanent 

  • Responsible for following aftercare instructions

2. Booking & Appointments

Booking is simple — reach out, chat with me, choose a date, and we’re set.

Please:

  • Arrive on time

  • Eat before you come

  • Bring snacks & water

  • Tell me if you’re nervous (I’m here to help)

If you need to reschedule - 24 hours in advance

3. Deposits & Cancellations

Bookings require a deposit 

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • They go toward your final price

  • You may reschedule once with notice

  • No-shows without communication lose the deposit

4. Designs & Art Ownership

All designs are created just for you.​

  • Custom designs remain part of my artistic portfolio

  • Your tattoo may be photographed (with your permission) for my page

  • You are not allowed to share designs for another artist to tattoo

5. Tattoo Day Rules

To keep the session smooth:

  • No extra guests unless discussed

  • No alcohol or drugs

  • No heavy gym sessions right before

  • Tell me about allergies or medical conditions

  • Come with clean skin and comfy clothes

6. Aftercare & Responsibility

I will give you clear aftercare instructions.
You are responsible for following them.

Improper aftercare can affect healing, color, texture, and the final result.
If something feels wrong, contact me — I’m here to help.

7. Privacy & Personal Info

Your details stay safe.
Anything you send me (photos, messages, forms) is used only for booking, designing, and communicating.
 

8. Artist’s Right to Refuse

I reserve the right to decline any design or session that:

  • Goes against health/safety

  • Doesn’t align with my style

  • Is offensive, racist, or hateful

  • Puts you or me at risk
